Why Wear Green on St. Patrick's Day?

The St. Patrick’s Day tradition of wearing Green was popularized by Irish immigrants in the United States, who believed that wearing green made them invisible to leprechauns—the classic fairy creatures who pinch anyone they can see. Pinching people who didn't wear green reminded them that leprechauns could sneak up on them at any time, which is how the wear-green-or-be-pinched tradition began.

And even though we'll be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day at home this year, we still plan to wear our green earrings to avoid being virtually pinched on our Zoom calls.

These are some of our favorite  earrings to wear on St. Patrick’s Day - Green Earrings Collection
